Accommodation tax (3.5%) GST & QST must be added.
Cleaning fee: $250
A security deposit (refunded within 5 days after departure) of $2,000 will be taken.
A guarantee deposit (non-refundable) of 30% is due upon booking. The balance is payable 30 days before arrival. From this date, cancellation will result in the loss of the entire amount.
